Continuing Education
Executive Benefits Design Group realizes and emphasizes the importance of the continuing professional and educational development of our staff. We have a mandatory program of continuing education for all designated employees.
We actively attend the quarterly employee benefit conferences sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service and the annual actuarial conferences sponsored by the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. We encourage all our employees to follow the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA) educational and testing programs for administrators and consultants.
We provide educational meetings for our affiliates, which include instruction in the applicable governmental regulations, proper plan design and employee communications. We sponsor an annual meeting, The 412(i) Summit, where attendees interact with leading experts to discuss the changes from the IRS and DOL. We sponsor educational teleconferences with our affiliates at regular intervals. We also provide training seminars and webex presentations for insurance companies.
